Load it, click it, bling it!
Contains 1 stamper & 12 gem refills.
How to use:
1. Open your hair bling stamper by releasing the black rubber band.
2. Press the outer pink edge and pull up to release plastic cover.
3. Load your bling clear disc inside the stamper with gems facing upwards and align with holes, the click the cover in place.
4. Place your hair in between the bottom and middle of your stamper and stamp together to apply the gems.
To remove:
Simply comb your hair or peel off gems when you are all done.
