Returns Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind on our ponytails, hair accessories, or glitter products due to hygiene reasons. Returns are only accepted if the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@thehairyfairy.com.au with:
✅ Your order number
✅ A description of the issue
✅ Clear photos of the faulty or incorrect item

Once approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, including shipping costs where applicable.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method and may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

🚫 Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
