I am unsure of which ponytail would be the perfect fit, can you help?

I placed an order but did not receive a confirmation email, what should I do?
All of our order notifications are automated, when you place an order you should receive a confirmation via email. If you have not received this it is either because you have entered an incorrect email address at the checkout or it has gone to your junk mail. If this is the case and you would like to receive tracking information, please send an email to info@thehairyfairy.com.au with the name your order was under and the date your order was placed. 

Can I return my ponytail if I change my mind?
No. Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind on these products.

I've just placed an order, when can I expect to receive it?
We are a small family run business, we pack orders from our Gerringong NSW warehouse Monday's, Wednesday's & Friday's. Generally, if you order before 11am on those days it will be shipped the same day. We ship everything via Australia post, please check the Australia post website for delivery times. 

Do you offer wholesale?
